All the stages of the operation are conducted by Dr. KESER himself. Throughout the procedure, he is assisted by two assistants. While one assistant help in the extraction and transplantation of the grafts, the other assistant lines up and groups the grafts extracted according to the order of extraction and the number of hairs contained (1-4 hairs involving follicular unit). Throughout the process of transplantation, the front parts and front hairline are systematically implanted the grafts containing only one hair, and the back parts are implanted those containing 2-4 (5 very rarely) hairs.
