Patient satisfaction is the principal aim of Derma-Plast in approaching the patient problems. Since its foundation in 1998, the relations with patients have been carried out in an atmosphere of friendship and care, leaving no patient dissatisfied. Based on this principle, the center moved from Cinnah Street where it was opened in 1998 to its new location on Çankaya Street in 2001 where it continues to serve.

In addition to many aesthetic surgery practices, procedures of reconstructive surgery are performed at Derma-Plast. The center serves in all areas of plastic and reconstructive surgery such as corrections of congenital anomalies and defects (cleft lip, palate etc.), trauma associated deformities, burns and burn sequels; hand surgery, repair of ruptured vessels, nerves, and tendons.

In 2003, Dr. Keser realized the first ever of its kind in hair transplantation in Turkey. He performed follicular unit extraction method, a latest technology in the world; thus, Hairplast was founded as a subspecialty under Derma-Plast.
